MEET THE FOUNDER
Molly Benjamin is a professionally trained dancer, qualified personal trainer, and nutrition coach on a mission to make movement accessible, empowering, and ridiculously fun. She's bringing her very own unique dance fitness, alongside other exciting classes, to Guildford, Surrey, creating a space that feels as good as it works.
The M Method isn't about perfection. It's about walking into a room full of strangers and leaving as part of something. It's about finding strength you didn't know you had, wrapped in a playlist that won't leave your head for days. Every body is welcome. Every level belongs.

A high-energy, rhythm-driven cardio class that blends dance fitness with full-body movement. We build simple sequences, layer the groove and let the music lift the energy. A high-energy dance-fitness class using hip work, isolations and rhythmic movement to fire up the whole body. Expect sweat, sass and serious feel-good energy. Perfect for boosting cardio, confidence and coordination.
A funky fusion of dance and step, powered by great music and feel-good movement. Expect easy combos, flowing footwork and a cardio burn that sneaks up on you. No pressure, just rhythm, groove and good vibes. Step, dance, move — all in one.
