The M Method is designed to help you move with confidence, feel good in your body and enjoy clear, accessible fitness across all sessions. By booking any class, you agree to the following terms, which apply to STEP, SHAKE and SCULPT.
Participation & Safety
By attending, you confirm that you are fit to exercise and free from any condition that may affect your ability to participate safely. You agree to follow instructor guidance and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness or discomfort. All classes offer clear breakdowns and options for every level, but you are responsible for choosing the pace and intensity that feel right for your body.
Pregnancy
Pregnant participants are welcome, but must confirm they have medical clearance from their midwife or GP before attending. All sessions offer low-impact options and pace adjustments, but The M Method does not provide specialist prenatal programming. Please listen to your body, follow the modifications provided, and stop immediately if anything feels uncomfortable. The M Method may decline participation if a session is not suitable for your stage of pregnancy or if medical clearance cannot be confirmed.
Arrivals & Timing
Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in before the session begins. Late arrivals cannot be admitted once the class has started to ensure safety and avoid disruption.
Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made within the stated Gymcatch cancellation window. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of credit, unless your pack includes a FLEX late-cancel forgiveness. Walk-ins are only permitted if space is available; a confirmed booking is the only way to guarantee your place.
Liability
By attending, you accept full responsibility for your participation and agree that The M Method is not liable for injuries or issues arising from exercising beyond your limits, failure to follow guidance, or undisclosed medical conditions.
